Política de reembolso


If you're not happy with your order I can accept returns, you have 14 days to contact me and ship your item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yarn must be returned in it's original packaging, in it's original condition - for example not wound into a ball, or smelling of smoke. If the yarn isn't in a saleable condition it cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

Items from outside the EU must be clearly marked with 'returned merchandise' on the customs form, so as not to result in customs charges when it arrives back in Portugal.

If your customs form is marked incorrectly, we are unable to pay customs charges for returned parcels and CTT (Portuguese Mail Delivery service) will return your parcel to you. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

· Custom or personalised orders (yarn clubs and advent calendars included)

· Digital downloads

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rua Moçambique, n.23, 4445-512 Ermesinde, Portugal.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 30€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. These costs will not be refunded.
